Planfred tip: Searching using plus (+)
Planfred uses the search window to comb through all of the information that is visible in the list: Plan number, index, plan contents, file name, author, etc.
The great thing about this is that the plus sign (+) can be used to combine different text fragments with each other. This makes it easy to find the desired plan quickly.
Here’s how it works: For example, assume you’re looking for the electrical installation plan for the ground floor. You could enter the following: electrical + gf … finished. In this example, this combination is present in the plan contents and in the file name.
Using the plus sign, you can combine any number of keywords to locate specific plans and documents in real time.
You can always try out these tips in the Planfred demo project or right away in one of your own projects.
