A symbiosis of tradition and modernity at Heßstraße 74/76
A unique project that combines tradition and modernity has been created at Heßstraße 74/76. The private developer, heir to the Schmidt Spiele family business, has created the framework for future coexistence on over 3,000 square meters.
Our major project in Heßstraße has brought new life to Maxvorstadt with apartments, stores, offices and three townhouses. A café and a bike store have opened in the front part of the building, while apartments have been built on the upper floors. The rear building offers sufficient space for further apartments and offices. Three modern townhouses have been built behind it.
“We were faced with the challenge of keeping the many people involved in the project up to date with the latest plans in an uncomplicated and low-threshold way. For this project, we decided to use Planfred for the first time, as this web-based application does exactly that. No additional software or licenses required, an intuitive and streamlined user interface: exactly what positively supports work in an interdisciplinary team. The positive experiences in this project led to the implementation of Planfred as a tool in all new projects as the standard project space.” Christian Sommerer, Project Manager at Aldlinger
