Clear communication by setting deadlines for plan reviews
As of now, a review deadline can be set for plan and document reviews so that approvals are made in time.
When requesting a plan review, it is now possible to set a review date, which creates a clear communication basis for all participants. Everyone in the project team knows by when which plan reviews must be completed. This makes the coordination of tasks much easier.
Three days before a review date expires, the person responsible receives a daily reminder via e-mail that this review is still outstanding. This also happens if the review date is overdue and only ends when the plan index is approved or commented on.
